Dr. Jaime Mor, Performance Physical Therapy is a rapidly growing Sports Performance PT clinic that has experienced rapid growth in the last year. Dr. Jaime Mor, the founder of the company is a still a Professional Athletics Physical Therapist and an international educator. He has appeared on various social media outlets and podcasts talking about his innovative ways of working with athletes and how he still manages to maintain a presence within the professional sports world. He is somewhat of a mini-celebrity in the healthcare field and is well known in the community.

Responsibilities and Activities: 

  • Do everything possible to get the best outcome for every patient  

  • Ensure that patients achieve their clinical and health/lifestyle outcomes (in the time frame you set) 

  • Develop a life-long relationship with patients that benefits both the patient and the clinic  

  • Confidently communicate the value of our service and your skills during the conversation about price  

  • Ensure that 95% of your patients arrive for their treatment as scheduled  

  • Provide a high level of customer care that will cause patients to want to come back frequently  

  • Increase referrals by providing a high level of customer care and service to all of your patients  

  • Ensure that patients coming for free taster/discovery sessions convert to a first evaluation (when appropriate) 

  • Ensure that every patient complete a plan of care that they agree to

  • Ensure that clinical notes are kept up to date and accurate  

  • Assist in the production of in-clinic workshops, trade shows and other marketing events. 

  • Be on hand to participate in and contribute to the clinics social media activity 

  • Do patient call backs without being asked and be willing to speak to patients who have dropped off schedule


Skills Required: 

  • Above average physical therapy skills that will be developed continuously

  • World class communication skills that are developed continuously  

  • To be able to communicate in such a way that the patient can confidently say yes to a full plan of care  

  • Accountable – you’re happy to be held accountable and willing to be coached to improve every aspect of your role 

  • To be able to engage with and connect with patients at the people level (not just the clinical)  

  • Ability to thrive in an environment where measurement is the driving force behind progress 

  • Deep understanding of patients internal and external problems  

  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent attention to detail 

  • Ability to work under deadlines and on schedule. 

  • Ability to plan work so that it is completed on time.

  • Background in Athletics, Sports Physical Therapy or Athletic Training

  • Preferred Certifications: ATC, SCS, OCS, Dry Needling, EXOS Performance Specialist


The role is an office based role at our clinic based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

Industry leader in sports physical therapy, and international physical therapy educator.

Dr. Jaime is a movement expert and a licensed Performance Physical Therapist/Certified Athletic Trainer in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. He specializes in athletic pain, injury prevention, orthopedic/musculoskeletal injuries, as well as sports performance integration and return to sport. Since 2013 he has worked in across the lifespan in clinical orthopedics, sports performance, and on the sidelines treating a wide range of athletes. Human performance and movement optimization is the goal with every human he works with, ensuring they establish an adequate functional strength baseline as well as foundational movement patterns.

In addition to being a treating physical therapist, he is an international educator; finding  great passion in being able to educate and help others. His promise is always to present an honest lens to which you can view both pain and movement. His views often vary from "the traditional" way of thinking and treating; still with the same positive results and outcomes!
